[화장품 수입 절차]
화장품을 수입하기 위해서는 ‘화장품책임판매업’ 등록이 필요하며, 정식 발주 시에는 각 화장품 별로 ‘표준통관예정보고’가 필요합니다.
통관 이후에는 자가품질검사 및 한글 표시사항 표기 후 판매할 수 있습니다.
[표준통관예정보고 필요서류]
최초의 표준통관예정보고를 위해 중국 본사에서 현지 공증된 아래 3개 서류 원본을 요청하셔야 합니다.
1) 제조증명서(manufacturing certificate)
제조증명서에는 제품명, 제조원의 상호와 주소, 화장품을 구성하는 모든 성분의 규격 및 함량이 기재되어야 합니다.
2) CFS 자유판매증명서(Certificate of Free sales; CFS)
3) BSE 비사용증명서(TSE/BSE free certificate, 소해면상뇌병증;광우병 관련)
[Cosmetics Import Procedures]
To import cosmetics into Korea, you must first register as a Cosmetic Responsible Seller.
When placing an official purchase order, each cosmetic product requires a Standard Customs Clearance Plan Report.
After customs clearance, the products can be sold following a self-quality inspection and the attachment of Korean labeling information.
[Documents Required for the Standard Customs Clearance Plan Report]
To submit the initial Standard Customs Clearance Plan Report for importing the products into Korea, the following three documents must be obtained from the head office in China with local notarization, and the original documents must be submitted.

Manufacturing Certificate
The manufacturing certificate must include the product name, the manufacturer’s name and address, and the specifications and contents of all ingredients contained in the cosmetic product. -
Certificate of Free Sales (CFS)

TSE/BSE Free Certificate
(Certificate confirming that no materials related to Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy/Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy are used)
